Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012

The Spring Louis Vuitton show is absolutely entrancing. Mostly due to the beautiful/cute/light pastel clothes & amazing shoes, but also because of the great music and carousel. Marc Jacobs knows how to put on a show. The opening song is from Dario Argento's horror classic about slain ballerinas called Suspiria. After that is Björk's Frosti  from the "Vespertine" album that sounds like a music box--it actually is a big hand-cranked one that she uses in shows.

A close up from the show. Kind of Chanel-esque tweeds meets Alexander McQueen feathers as seen on model Kati Nescher. For more details see the Style.com website.

This movie is one of the creepiest movie ever. Nothing like the horror genre as of late. Do yourself a favor & watch it. Halloween is around the corner after all. I wish I could live in Marc Jacob's world... we do seem to have similar taste.
